Terms of Service — TradeKilla

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeKilla (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeKilla provides financial data aggregation and visualization tools for informational purposes only. The Service retrieves data from third-party providers including Finnhub, CoinGecko, and TradingView and does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or manage portfolios on behalf of users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with additional capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

4.1. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact welcome@tradekilla.com within 14 days of the charge.

5. No Financial Advice

TradeKilla does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All data provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Data may be delayed and should not be used for real-time trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeKilla and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
