By accessing or using TradeKilla (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradeKilla provides financial data aggregation and visualization tools for informational purposes only. The Service retrieves data from third-party providers including Finnhub, CoinGecko, and TradingView and does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or manage portfolios on behalf of users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Every feature the Service currently offers is available on the free tier with no cap on the number of watchlist assets and portfolio holdings, the full chart history, all technical indicators, comparison, news, sentiment, the events calendar, performance reporting, multi-currency totals and the educational content.
A paid Pro tier is planned for placing orders directly through the Service. Pro is not currently available for purchase and cannot be subscribed to at this time. While no subscription can be started, no fees are charged, no payment details are collected and no recurring charges are made. The provisions below on billing, auto-renewal and cancellation describe how a future Pro subscription will operate and take effect only if and when Pro is offered for sale. We will update this page before any paid plan becomes available.
Because no paid subscription can currently be purchased, there is nothing to cancel and no charge to refund. If a Pro subscription is offered in the future, it will be cancellable self-service from your account, access will continue to the end of the paid period, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact welcome@tradekilla.com within 14 days of the charge.
TradeKilla does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All data provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Data may be delayed and should not be used for real-time trading decisions.
TradeKilla and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
