When you create an account, we receive your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and avatar URL from Google. If you sign up with an email address and password, we receive the password you choose, which is hashed and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) rather than by TradeKilla. We also collect data about your watchlist, portfolio holdings, and transaction history to provide the Service. We do not store your Google password.
We use Supabase for authentication, and you can sign in either with Google or with an email address and password. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and avatar URL from Google’s OAuth service. We do not store your Google password or any other Google account data beyond what is necessary for authentication. When you choose email and password, Supabase hashes the password; TradeKilla does not have access to it in plain text. You can change or reset your email password from your account.
TradeKilla retrieves financial data from Finnhub, CoinGecko, and TradingView. When you search for or view assets, your search queries and requested symbols are sent to these providers. We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your requests.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or delete your account from the settings page. For requests, contact welcome@tradekilla.com.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
